Have you ever been blamed for a car accident you know wasnt your fault?

Cause somehow insurance found you at fault.

For instance my friend cut someone off and they lost a wheel but they never acutely got in a car accident or hit but someone reported it to the cops and she got the blame even when the wheel could have came off for another reason such as bad ball joint.

Your friends actions caused the wheel to come off.  There may have been other factors involved like loose lug nuts, or something but her cutting off the other car was the event that caused it.  It is her fault.
