Have you ever been blocked by someone that you don't even know?

I saw this question once,on here,so I came to answer,and I saw that I was blocked!

The person was 'chameleon' or something,and I don't even know her,and I just got blocked for no reason!

Very good question. I just found out I cannot view a question from a girl and I don't even know her but, I am blocked. No apparent reasonl Maybe my answers are bothering her and the worst part, I never insulted anybody on here nor was ever impolite. I find that odd. So, I blocked her as well for no reason.

I find that often, they have something to hide or even say something against you without any justification. At least, in this day and age, give the person a chance or a decent explanation for the block.

Oh sure.  Hardly anyone here really knows me so it would have to be someone I don't even know. lol   I've blocked many people.  It has never been personal.  How could it be?  I don't know them... But I don't want to know them either.   If they say something intelligent later on I will unblock them.  And I might even add them to my contacts.  

It's the internet.  Try not to take it too seriously  When someone gets on my nerves here I walk out on my balcony and look at my brand new car and all is right in the world.  My neighbors might wonder why I am laughing on my balcony but I don't care.

Seriously, if someone gets in a snit and blocks me, it's their loss.

If I block someone, it's because I've either caught them in a lie (and all answers thereafter are suspect) or I just don't have the patience to deal with their drama.

I don't feel obligated to explain myself to someone I blocked. (I usually email first.)

How do you know that you've got someone that blocked you?

Edit: Oooh. I don't think that's ever happened to me before. But hey, I'm sure the person just felt a little offended, and did what they did. I wouldn't take it too personally. Keep your chin up.

Hi there...yes I have encountered the same thing....kind of a bummer when that happens isn't it...I can't really remember the Asker's name (been a few different ones actually)...it's happened to me a few times in other categories as well (a lot less here)...

Yeah Emmie.

She blocked me and I have no idea why...but oh well she unblocked me when she saw my question about thumbs downs I guess.

I couldn't see her questions for a while and I was like,"Wtf did I do? I wanna see questions...dammit. This sucks..I'm hated."

I feel the same way you feel..this is weird. Lol, I don't even know Emmie yet she blocks me talks about some whores on her profile that she blocked..I guess I'm one of those whores...but she deleted it and changed it.
