About 3 or 4 weeks ago I got caught in an armbar. I waited to long to tap. I didn't think too much about it but after practice my arm was sore. The pain has slowly decreased. I was thinking it was pretty good today. I went to the gym and tried lifting weights and was shocked. I started warming up and got to a weight I usually warm up with and couldn't do 1 rep. I tried to do other exercises and my right arm just has no strength in it. I could do 3 bar dips when I normally would do 15. Anyone have this happen to them? Things will go back to normal soon right?
