  1. no, but for anyone who is, i hope something happened to them, not that they did something to get them where they are.

  2. No.  The worst of a situation I've been in; was when I was "job searching" and no employer would hire me and I started to get disparate.  I applied for job everywhere around me, and then I was offered a job by a large retail store 45 minutes north of my house.  I took the job because they were the only company/employer that would hire me, and I needed a source of income badly.

  3. Technically, yes. No place to call our own, and too much pride to go to mama's-my first  husband and I lived in a tent with a stranger. Camping is fun when you do it knowing you have a home to return to- when it is your home, it's another story.

Long story short, a flood helped us swallow our pride and I called my mama!

  4. No i haven`t been homeless before darling.

  5. YES

  6. For a week, when I was 14. I tried to off myself, I thought it would be a one day thing but it apparently wasn't... and I ended up in the desert for a few days because I was so screwed up I didn't know where I was.

  7. no

  8. Never

  9. Yes.  I stayed with relatives after my divorce.  Always had a roof over my head but I considered myself homeless.  Until I finally found a job in my field. Here in sometimes poodunk Montana. homeless for about 7 months.

  10. No I haven't .Thank the good Lord.  I am so grateful that I have always had a good job to support myself so that I had a roof over my head.

  11. I was last year due to domestic violence.. It's not a great place to be in life and it's very humbling. It changes the way you think about life and things in general..  Things that use to be "so important" or "needed badly" now are not so important and I found out they were more "wants" instead of needs. Most people assume the worst about homeless people partly due to media. (homeless are addicts/drunks).. Not true in most circumstances. My abuser controlled all my money. When I left I had nothing ..no money..just a few clothes..

  12. I have not,  but my mom has been.  And when I die,  I hope to have a home with God forever being reconciled to God through the work of Jesus on the cross.  If it were not for Jesus I would someday be worse off than a homeless person forever, alienated form God.
