  1. No, I have been in a head-on and got side swiped by at cinder truck once.  I don't usually travel roads where a chain reaction would be likely to happen.

  2. No that hasn't happened to me but one day driving the bosses truck, I was at the red light, it turned green and I was jut starting to move and wham, I got hit in the rear by a tourist. I pulled over to get her address and phone number, and here comes the cops. He checks our drivers license, OK, then he asked for our insurance cards, and I got a ticket because the bosses wife forgot to put the new card in the truck. The boss was such an idiot, I had to go to court but they dropped the charge, as I had the new ID card with me. Yeah, I got rear ended and end up with the ticket. I told the boss that day that unless you have the new ID card, legally, I can't drive the truck. I have learned while in traffic, I keep my distance from the car in front because if someone hits me, then I hit the car in front of me, I  would get a ticket. Go figure.

  3. Nope, always been just one stupid person involved, me running into something.  When it was another vehicle, it was my fault.

  4. I didn't get charged but I was in a 24 car pileup :)
