  1. On rare occasions we have had customers return plates with foreign objects. Being a seafood restaurant , these are generally shell particles or other organic matter associated with seafood. However, on even rarer occasions customers have found wire or paper in their food. We traced this to the pot scrubbers or steel sponges used to clean the equipment and to the inspection stickers in the packaged product. An explanation to the customer when this happens is normally sufficient. As a rule our guest are understanding once the problem is explained and corrected. Server retaliation for complaints is not tolerated and is grounds for dismissal. Always ask for the manager when problems occur.
