  1. im really cocky, so im never going to admit that someone is better than me, even if they truly are.

try to watch what they do while ur playing them, and pick out their weakness and strengths.

but if you do lose be a good sport, and hold your head up high

  2. yes, I know that feeling everytime I go golfing with my husband !!!

  3. if your going to get better you have to play against people who are better, you learn nothing playing against people that you dominate

  4. yeah anytimew i play football (i suck)

  5. My coach won't even allow me to say that someone is better than me or that we will lose.  She says part of the winning is the confidence in yourself and your team mates.  I have been working on going into a match with more confidence and have noticed that I play much better.  But, I still know when my opponent is better than I am and as long as I tried my best then I don't feel too bad.  There are times however when I felt that I didn't play my best and that's when I get upset.  I am very competitive by nature so it isn't easy to lose no matter who I am playing so I have to keep focused and try not to show it.

  6. Martial arts, yes, every time i go up against our second deg black belt(im orange belt at this school(but i had previous experience))  i still give him my all, get some good hits in, take a couple hits.  in the end, he wins i lose, im okay with this, I gave him my all, hopefully learned something, and we come across with a higher level of respect for each other.  If i went in and didn't give 100% knowing i was going to lose, what would i gain?  I have to go in 100% 100% of the time ,or else i can't look myself in the eye.

  7. you have to know that your not going to be the best everytime and there will always be someone better you just have to accept it and move on after its done

  8. yeah it sucked

  9. Everytime I go on that field buddy.  I was put on a head to head match with the Canadian champ one time, a two time Olympic silver medalist another time...you just gotta watch them and learn from them.  After the match you shake their hands and try to learn from them some more.  The sport...is archery.
