Have you ever been mocked for being intelligent?

The media usually depicts clever students as bully victims. This has never been the case for me (not trying to be vain or anything) or anyone else I know.

Have you been taunted just because you are smart?

sometimes envy makes others act stupid. i have experienced that. people asked my opinion, and respected what i thought, but always picked on me. i was never the cool kid, not very outgoing either. so...yes. i used to be taunted. now there's just envy and gossip... :|

oh yeah my girlfriend still calls me a nerd...but i've always been able to shut people up...you know by saying things like "oh i didnt know being stupid was the thing to be, man is my face red" lol

i do outside of school, but it doesnt bother me. in my mind they are making themselves look like idiots. and that is WAY more embarassing than having intellegence. i usually just laugh at them and walk away. then they get really confussed. haha its great!

i go to a school for nerdy kids so i dont get **** for anything there. :)

Yes. Quite often until group project time comes around. Then I find that I have a lot of friends.
