  1. yes I am from there, i miss home. Its beautiful, rich in culture, good for shopping. Any info email me, He I can hook you up with some friends down there. I you are interested of course.

  2. If you live in Las vegas and your are moving there. it is totally different the only little similarity is the dryness. It is a "quite " island. Not much to do. I was there for vacation some time back. and the only thing i can say is that for now. but i will ask a personal friend of mine and tell you all about it.

  3. Visited there with my family in June 2007.  We stayed at an all inclusive hotel- Breezes.  The country is very dry, there are no lawns there.  It is very hot and still very underdeveloped.  Surprisingly however, the economy seems to be good.  The cost of living is not bad at all.  Rents are cheap, buying is not too bad either.  You will hardly find the people from there migrating.  In fact people from other countries migrate to Curacao.  The country I believe survives mostly on trade.  It is a great place to shop.  The people are very nice.  The national language, Papiamento, is a tongue twister.  Good luck learning it.
