i worked at crystal palace national sports centre and an athletics meet was on bbc2

i was standing at the start of the track  when they ran the 100m and was caught on camera

i didnt mean to just rite place rite time

my wife taped it

I was on the local news when I was about 7.

I did a couple of book reveiws for Radio Manchester, appeared in the first episode of the TV quiz where there were a thousand people started (and was out first question), and won £66 on a TV quiz in the 80's where a woman who played a cop proved herself so thick that they actually showed me and her on a programme about celebrities being useless.

I have been on Radio Wales, I played a selection of my albums with Owen Money.I even got paid for it.A fab day, really enjoyed it.I've done a few phone in's with radio too, and won some stuff like cd's.

I was very briefly on tv a few years ago when my son's school was featured on local news when they held a mock wedding at the local church.

My husband managed to get his face on Blue Peter when we went to see Peter Duncan perform in Barnum.All you could see of me was my shoulder.

Yes to both.I was on our local radio station while in the school band.And on television if public tv counts.Our band was in Perry Sound High School and aired on tv.We didn't know it at the time.
