I want to see how many people have been suicidal, and how you dealt with it.

And NO, I am not suicidal, so don't tell me to get help I'm just curious. I also posted this question in this category because I'm g*y!

  1. I've thought suicidal thoughts before but have/will never commit it.

The way I think of it is that I'll put up with this life for as long as I can and should I be hit by a car/stabbed/shot tomorrow then that's it. Why would I/you want to take my/your own life when there's still time to live? No matter the situation, things can and do get better with time so live it while it lasts.

I don't take life too seriously because why overwork yourself so hard for things in this life when it can be over in a second and everything you have or have worked for rolls back to zero since you can't take anything with you to and beyond the grave.

The only thing I live for and will take seriously/work for is Love. It provides a happiness in Life that is just so soulful. It's also the only thing in Life that can make you happy without it being for yourself (you'll be happy for your partner's happiness).

Other than that, I'm just living life one day at a time nowadays.

  2. i have been a couple times.  How did i deal? i talked to my best friend who never judged me or told me i was stupid. she talked to me. and she made me laugh and she kind of just gave me a little bit of hope that things would get better.

I must say that almost EVERY 15 year old will be suicidal. that was the worst year of my life.

  3. At least 50 times in my life. Although I haven't thought about it in 3 years aside from that S****y day last week.

  4. I was suicidal when i was 11 in 6th grade. Everyone had just found out i was g*y, and they teased me everyday, and no one wanted to talk to me, and even my teachers weren't supporting me. I cried myself to sleep every night, and at one point i was suicidal. But then i realized, i'm not gonna let the a*sholes win by me taking my own life, so i slowly, but surely, regained my inner strength and just started to ignore people. And now i'm a happy 16 year old junior in high school who now would never think about suicide. I'm so glad i gave myself a second chance before i tried anything.

RIP to the kids who didn't give themselves a second chance(suicide)

  5. No cos my sister committed suicide 10yrs ago and left behind two small children so why would I want to put them through losing another relative?

  6. Once is all it takes.

  7. i was for a year or 2

    i went ot a therapist

totally faked being happy and in the end i actually was happy

  8. I think that most people have at least thought about suicide. For me it was around the age of 15. I was forced into an arranged marriage and saw no way out of it. If I filed for a divorce I would of shunned my family and centuries of tradition. Fortunately, my wife at the time decided that she was tired of following in her parents footsteps and she filed for an annulment. Once the annulment was over I told my parents I was g*y. I saw a therapist for a few weeks about how I had felt when I was trapped in the marriage. And guess what - I think that most people who are forced into arranged marriages feel that way.
