Have you ever been through a tornado, hurricane, earthquake,flood or any other natural disaster?

If so what was it like?

I've been through many hurricanes, several floods, two forest fires and a few blizzards. Never an earthquake or tornado though.

The first time it's a little scary, but you learn to be prepared and ride it out. It's like anything else in life, you deal with it.

Hurricanes, eartthquakes and floods aplenty!  But I have never seen a tornado.  It's been years since I've enjoyed a good hurricane or earthquake, but just a few years ago a flood put the main street of my (then) home under something like thirteen feet of water!
