Yes I live in Germany and the summer can get hot and most of the hotels and buildings do not have central air. But the country side is beautiful.

Don't forget that also many tourists travel in summer, so expect large crowds in popular tourist places.

Yeah, I actually am in Germany in the summer right now and it's d**n hot. 34°C, normally it's a little less in summer but still warm.

So if you don't want to go skiing summer is certainly a good time to go. But also spring and early fall till end of October can be very nice.

23 years of them and it is way too HOT and HUMID a lot of days. These people need to get into the 21st century and use AIR-CONDITIONING!
