Have you ever been to London,UK?

Is it BETTER than Toronto.

I love both of those cities, but London is so steeped in history that I ADORE it.  ^..^

I've never been to Toronto, so I don't know.

But I think it all comes down to what you mean by 'better.'

I've been to Toronto, and lived in London.

It's going to depend a lot on what you rate highly.

London is more diverse, more historic, but also more crowded, noisier and dirtier. Far more in the way of museums and galleries and most other things...

London never gets down to -10C, as Toronto was when I was there,

But Toronto's Great Lake Ontario beats the Thames in some respects.

And while there are some great day-trips from London, popping to Niagara Falls is something else.

(It was best in winter, when frozen, I'm sure... Not heaving with tourists, but that's London's problem too, in the summer season.)

When young and in London I was sure I was in the best place in the world.  Now, I'd probably rather live in Toronto.

(but I've picked Cornwall)
