Lanzarote is not the ideal place for teenagers but it does have some wonderful beaches and some interesting Art and History.

If you have seen the Bond film Diamonds are Forever then parts of this were shot on the island along with several other movies.

Hire a bicycle and get out and about around the island.

we went to matagorda in June. It was wonderful. I loved every minute of it and thoroughly recommend it.  There are several bars but no night clubs but you are within ten minutes of the next town by taxi.

Very noisy, as the airport is by the beach. Puerto Del Carmen is better for teenagers.
