  1. I am assuming Naples, Italy, considering it is under "ITALY".

I have lived in Naples for three years, in an apartment called Paolomari.

    Naples  is, well, it's...

    special.

Naples is probably best well known for its terrible drivers. Honestly, it is an unwritten law that if no one is coming, you go. And FAST!

Naples is close to Pompei (the volcanic mountain that errupted in 79 A.D. In fact, if you live in most parts of Naples, you actually have an escape route in case it erupts again.

And yeah, Naples, like anywhere alse in thw world, has bad ppl. I was living in a hotel with my family, and the ppl that worked there broke into our room while we were away and stole my mom's viola. So definatly stay in a nice nice NICE hotel, or bring a bunch of locks. So yeah...

    I've been to Naples.

  2. i have and I will never go again. crossing the street is dangerous. They are maniacs driving. Too many pick pockets and rip offs. dirty people. I will never spend my time or money to go to that pit ever again. there are too many beautiful and safe places to go in italy.

  3. And what about Naples? Do you want to know something about the place? (--,)

  4. Naples is special...if you are going on a trip to this beautiful country and want to learn about it...Naples is a place you might want to visit. The people in Northern Italy are known for "la bella postura" in other words very proper and elegant. The people in Southern Italy are known for being scoundrels in other words not very proper. They are rude, they tell it like it is and just won't don't care...even their language and expressions are somewhat different to those of the North. To answer your question...I have been to Naples, I did like it because of it's history and uniqueness. However, their is alot of crime...you might get ripped off.....and if you are doing anything by foot instead of car........BE CAREFUL WITH THE TRAFFIC. Have fun and enjoy this unique southern city........and while you are at it drive down to Pompei and the Amalfi Coast towns i.e., Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi...etc.  Enjoy and Be Careful!

  5. Naples (Italian: Napoli, Neapolitan: Nàp**e, from Greek Νεάπολη < Νέα Πόλις Néa Pólis 'New City') Capital of the Campania region and the Province of Naples. The city has a population of about 1 million. By one count the metropolitan area of Naples is the second largest in Italy after that of Milan, with more than 4,400,000 inhabitants. The inhabitants are known as Neapolitans, napoletani or poetically partenopei in Italian (napulitane in Neapolitan). It is located halfway between the volcano, Vesuvius and a separate volcanic area, the Campi Flegrei, all part of the Campanian volcanic arc.

It is rich in historical, artistic and cultural traditions and gastronomy. Neapolitan ('o napulitano) is the colourful, rich dialect that has been a trademark of southern Italy ever since the period of the Kingdom of Naples and the Two Sicilies. This history, coupled with its size, has given Naples the unofficial status of being the Capital of the South (in Italy).

The city is served by Naples International Airport at Capodichino

  6. yes... 2 times! wonderful

  7. No I haven't.

  8. Uh, yeah. . .

I would go again, but only as a home base for pompeii and the archaelogical museum.  I didn't care for the city itself.

  9. Italy or Florida?

  10. No but I hope to go this summer
