Have you ever been to Tierra del Fuego? Is it a nice place? Is it a safe tourist location?

Well, the hole in the ozone extends over the area through a large part of the year. How safe is that for tourists? Probably not much.

Iv'e sailed round the Cape on 3 occasions, and all I saw a foggy wet dismal hunk of rocky land through the mist, and then only on the second occasion.  I'm sure its far more hospitable from ashore.  I think it would be an interesting part of the world to see.  So no, I haven't really seen it but I've been close. lol  Looked rather inhospitable from that angle.
