Are they for real or do they prey on vulnerable people?

I got a palm reading today and the reader said some stuff that really freaked me out and some pretty accurate. I'm trying to convince myself that this a crock of sh**.

It might be accurate buts thats probably cause its very broad.

oh and there are bunches of little tricks.
