  1. Yes very dissapointed, just a carpark and tourist cafe/shops.  There is however some beautiful coastline closeby and many lovely places in the highlands so the area is well worth a visit.

  3. Magnificent coastal scenery - quick access to Orkney ( Scrabster ferry ) great fishing ( sea and loch ) - never too busy Late Queen Mum had a wee pad at Castle Mey near by - she seemed to like it a lot !

  4. Yes, it was nice except it was raining!Still, got a decent photo by the 'Northernmost Point of Britain' sign!

  5. yes ... went there to catch the foot ferry to the Orkneys
