  1. Yes, last time when I was 35.  My mother has this thing about not having too many children.  Though she was happy, I know she wasn't as pleased as she should have been.  My daughter (21) will be on her second.  First, she was raped, second she was in a relationship and he had some problems, she found out she was pregnant after she left him.  She flat out told me the other day that I need to put her on birth control before she gets pregnant again.  Its not my business and frankly I don't believe in b/c..  Don't do something that you can't face the consequences of.

  2. Why should I ...if i am married

  3. Yes! I did not tell my father about my son until my son was four years old. I had not accomplished the things my father would have liked me to, before I found myself pregnant. The reason why it was so difficult was because I did not want to disappoint my father. My father lived in Washington D.C while I was living in Texas so it was quite easy to keep this secret. Finally, when my husband and I decided that we were going to try to get pregnant again he made me call my Father and tell him .....about my marriage, and about my son.

Tell your parents, you can not get that time back. It is so important for them to be a part of this special time in your life. Because I waited so long to tell my father, he only saw my kids once before he died......when we could have had all of that time that I wasted, time that I was worried.

  4. Yeah, and I know other people in that situation...really, though, it's not up to them. You tell them, but no matter what they feel, you're the one raising the baby, so don't be nervous about what they say.

  5. yes i was still terrified to tell my mom even though i was 20 and not living at home any more! i guess thats the little girl in all of us!

  6. no

  7. listen if i told my mum i was pergnant shed faint im now 53, wouldnt you faint !!!

  8. I wouldn't be if I were married.

  9. i found out i was pregnant with my first one when i was 22 and in college. i was already married, but that didnt stop my mom (who lives on the other side of the world) from freaking out over the phone and worrying that i would never finish school now. she came around, and the second time i got pregnant she actually congratulated me (the first time it was a mere "so what are you going to do with your life now?").

obviously, i was dreading telling my mom i was pregnant the first time, but hey, you can't just show up one day with a baby on your arm and say "surprise!" (well, i guess you could, but that may not be good either...)

    good luck!

  10. Well this doesn't quite apply to me, but once I'm out of the house I wouldn't be. I might be a little worried, but only if they didn't like my husband (or boyfriend for that matter.).

Though of course if I were pregnant my emotions would be so out of whack I might be absolutely terrified, but it'd probably be without reason.

  11. Yes!!!

I'm afraid to tell my mom I even need a pregnancy test, so tomorrow I need to sneak out and buy one! =/ I'm hoooping it's negative!

  12. Yes!

But, they will understand, and be happy for you most likely so just get it over with!
