  1. When I was younger, yes. I didn't have the proofs to backup what I believed. As a grew and learned, I stopped giving in to peer presure because I could backup what I believe in. Conviction makes a big difference.

  2. Our society is a necessity but at times it becomes very cruel . although we all have some personal beliefs and we are free to follow them but society sets a limit. and  sometimes people are bound to suppress their original bent of mind to be accepted by the society.

But in my case it is different.....when any such situation occurs i neither oppose nor agree with it.......i prefer to remain quiet.....and follow my beliefs in my way ....without letting others know it....and after sometime i find people following me.....

  3. no...

i was submissive..i wudn't argue alot for my stake..i was lil timid too...but very very sure of myself and extremely independent.

i can take no credit for that...it was becoz of God's blessing primarily that i was never hesitant abt my views...and also becoz of the beautiful way in which i was brought up by my family...i was encouraged alot...appreciated for my uniqueness always....

i always stated my views firmly even if it went against my best of frendz....though i hated to quarrel...so i wud either change the topic or leave the place....

  4. Yes, sadly I do it alot.  I want everyone to like me and to just blend in.  I really need to grow out of that.

  5. Not for a very very long time.  Sometimes I will keep silent about my views if I am uncertain about the mix of the group.  It never pays to stick out in a new group.
