I block people who get in the habit of calling my name up in their questions or answers. Only a stalker would need to resort to that kind of thing. Its even worst if its repeatedly done.

Not so far.

Anyone can give a thumbs down, it does not make sense to block them for it as they still will be able to do it anyway.

Maybe it's not just one person.

they made me sick... not like i could stop seeing their answers or stop them from seeing mine... it was just odd.

I need to find out which stalker keeps giving me thumbs down on everything I post, so i can block them; some people really need to get a hobby.
