  10. same here!! lol happened to me...;]

  11. yeahhhhhhhhhhhh well im 15 so im still young idk how old u r though

  12. Heck no, you're not a crybaby. You were just suffering from extreme fatigue and stress and you needed a good cry.

My husband does NOT understand tears and how they actually help me in times of stress, but it's difficult for me to explain. Some people throw things, some people shout, some people drive fast...there are a million ways to bleed off tension...but for me, crying is what I normally do when I'm stressed.

  13. Oh absolutely!  I also cry when I get really, really angry.  I normally go in another room by myself and do it in private because I know it is either exhaustion or the frustration of losing control making me cry and I don't want anyone to see.  Lack of sleep will make me really whiney and moody and if the right circumstances arise, yes, I will probably tear up out of a feeling of helplessness.

Don't pay attention to people who say it's something kids do or those who say "grow up".  You know that they secretly cry themselves to sleep every night.  ;)

  14. Yeah! lol I was so stressed with my classes and so tired. I got about 3 hours of sleep out of 24 hours.  I told my mom I was so tired and just busted out crying!!  Haha.

  15. Actually, yes. I remember one night I was literally sobbing because I was so tired but I wasn't able to sleep. I knew I had to get up at 6 the next morning to go to school, and it was about 2:30 am. Eventually, I stopped crying and fell asleep.

  16. Yes! Absolutely! I did many times when I had my first baby because of the lack of sleep + the fatigue + the hunger (because I used to forget to eat).

  17. lol...ur not...dun worry...everybody have diffrent personalities and react diffrent ways to diffrent situations

    Take care n god bless

  18. No, you are not!! I have cried about lack of sleep a few times. I would recommend, if you are able to get it, take Tylenol Pm (I usually just take two) and that puts me out when I am in dire need!

I cried the other day because I threw up for no reason. I think I might have had a stomach bug, but I balled for probably a good five minutes.

  19. yes.  lack of sleep can make you do that.  lack of good sleep can raise stress hormones, which makes it hard to deal with little things that life can throw at you.  have a cup of hot chocolate and sweet dreams :)

  20. I get like that sometimes, especially if I'm really hungry or tired. I'm an emotional person as is, so lacking either of those gets to me lol Like being so hungry but not knowing what you want to eat...or just not having food is frustrating and I cry most times when I'm frustrated.

  21. you are not a crybaby!  sometimes that just happens to me.  You are probably really depressed, so go out and have some fun, watch a movie.  Maybe try listening to soothing music as you go to bed.  It helps me. :)

  22. Lack of sleep is very emotionally and physically draining on the body. You may have been stressed and were unable to sleep and then because you were unable to sleep you were becoming more stressed. This has happened to me when I was really stressed and yes...I've cried!
