  1. No, I have never cheated.  I figure it this way- I am paying  far too much money to have someone teach me this stuff and far too much money to not actually learn it for real.  Cheating might guarantee me good grades, but those grades are meaningless if I didn't actually earn them and then all that money I spent is wasted if I never took the time out to actually learn the material so that I could get good grades and understand it without having to cheat.  So, in other words, like many have already mentioned, cheating in college, would truly just be cheating my own self!

  2. Oh come on....don't let these people lie to you!

I've done my share of cheating....and it seems to be universal on other questions about cheating for everyone else....except for this one.

  3. No.  The only person who is being cheated is the cheater.  If you cheat your way through college it will show when you take your state boards and/or on the job.

Cheaters win under false pretenses, eventually things catch up and bite you in the ***.  Cheating is just not worth the penalties.  Besides, I can truly say that I have a college education.  A cheater couldn't say that and really mean it.

  4. cheating to get a grade will only come back to haunt you: sooner or later, those things you supposedly mastered will be required and yo will have to walk the talk... in other words you will have to put up or shut up.

k-12, 4 yrs Ba, 2 yrs MA, 3.5 yrs PhD..... never had to cheat!

  5. What's the point in cheating as you are only cheating yourself. No I have never cheated. I went through grade school, high school, college, grad school and never cheated. Have a great day!

  6. No.

  7. I eight years of grade school, four years of high school, four years of college, 2.5 years of graduate work in mathematics, two years of graduate work in philosophy, two years getting my MBA and four years in getting my PhD -- I never once cheated.

  8. no, but i've helped others cheat. is that just as unethical?
