Have you ever cheated or just talked to someone behind your spouse's back?

Once cheated emotionally or physically behind your spouse's back, and then you promised not to ever do it again...did you stick to your promise or did you cheat again. Is cheating addicting? Would you stop talking or seeing someone else if your wife caught you and you had children involved?

Once a cheater always a cheater is not always true. Maybe there were not happy in the relationship they where in and cheated and then later find someone that they love enough not to cheat on.

I have been married for 15 years and never cheated but I could see where it could be an addiction for some.

No, but I came close.

By close I mean, when I was in the beginning of a separation (but was still living with my ex), there was this other woman who liked me (we had been friends for awhile) and there was a part of me that wanted the affection.

One day when I was at her house she started to show affection, but as tempting as it was I couldn't do it. I said no.

I felt it would be morally wrong. Because even though my ex and I were going to separate, I was still living with her. I felt it would still be cheating until I actually left

NO.

Is cheating addicting?

To many it is.  Cheaters rarely reform.

Would you stop talking or seeing someone else if your wife caught you and you had children involved?

I would never put myself in this position.
