Have you ever come across someone ?

who was two faced and manipulative and was a nasty person deep down but put on a big act so people thought she was nice, if you had to work or live near this person what would you do

Yes, unfortunately there are a lot of them out there.  Mine was a friend from high school who never seemed to get out of the high school attitude.  I just ended up cutting her out- until she can grow up, I can't be around her- it's too frustrating. Working and living near is hard tho, coz you cant choose those situations (well you can always quit your job or move, but that's a bit of a hassle.)

yes i have and it sucks totally. i would say you don't need people like that in your so you should cut them lose,or you just be professional if you work with them and just a general conversation if you live near them and see them,just to be polite. but you i would say you don't need friends like that. but some one once told me a saying that goes like this: "kindness kills" i have been in a situation like that and i tried to make peace and it didn't work so i left it and didn't try again cos now its up to the other psn to stop being selfish and mean and nasty.  try not to let them bug you.

yes, of course, they are all around me! I dont do a thing- just ignore them and never trust them, simple.
