Have you ever contacted carphone warehouse through their site?? please answer if you have?

I am getting charged when I was told I wouldn't on my mobile phone bill, and since the number I am asked to ring about queries is a ridiculously expensive one, I have opted to email them through the site.

Do they ever answer these emails or should I just ring them and pay the hefty fee?

Have they ever answered your queries? Why are they always trying to rip me off!

I have emailed them a few times and they have never bothered responding to any of my emails, I suggest you go into the local store and deal with them that way, but just becareful they try and fob you off with a load of c**p.

Cos they are not interested in what your problem is I have learnt that by the one that is close to us they are after getting you to sign up for contracts and then when anything goes wrong with the phone or whatever they are not interested whatsoever.

I wish you all the luck in the world on this one with carphone warehouse.
