Have you ever cried in a dream?

i had the most terrible dream last night. my father killed me and raped me and dumped my body at the dumpster. eventhough i couldn't move, i stared at him. and tears falling from my eyes. i got freaked out and woke up and my eyes were wet. this is so scary.

Ya and i was screaming as well but i dont rember the dream but i rember my dad waking me up and telling my i was crying and yelling and i was when i woke up...freaky i know

I've woken up from a dream because of crying. It happens. Dreams are odd, unexplainable things. Usually dreams about being raped means to be extra safe wherever you are, take extra precautions, and make sure all your accounts like bank accounts and such aren't in danger. It could be a warning against literal rape or identity theft. So be extra cautious for a while.

I have cried in a dream. My precious daddy has been gone for what will be 8 years in two days. I dreamed that I was standing over him looking down at him, I was crying and my tears were falling into his eyes. Sweet Jesus, I miss him. It was a very disturbing dream and stayed with me and is still with me, it was so real. I hope you don't have any more of these dreams.

yes but not often. used to shout and wake up in nitemare, like previous day before... woke my roomates as well. haha~

Yes, very often dreams are so vivid and real that our body systems respond as if we were awake.

You didn't ask for a dream interpretation but something is definitely going on in your relationship with your father. You and he may be going through a transformation or change in your relationship that has been rather negative. Your feeling are being violated or you feel that he no longer cares about you. You may even feel that something is being forced on you. (I am not suggesting that he has physically violated you in any way, just that what you want doesn't seem important to him or that you are disagreeing about something that is very important to you)

Whoa that is a freaky dream. If its reflecting real life you should probably go tell someone about it ...

Are you and your father having a hard time in your relationship at the moment??? Or maybe u feel taken advantage of by him in some way (not necessarily sexual) that could explain why u dreamt that... I dunno, i think dreams are just our minds way of processing things in real life from recent time (although not always) and trying to make sense of things and feelings. They dont always mean something bad has or is going to happen ...But if that was more of a real representation of things u should be brave and talk to someone...

Umm yeah i have cried in real life when i was crying in a dream not so long ago, i was sort of stuck to the spot and my friends basically died and i couldnt do anything and the next day my pillow was damp and my mum later told me she's heard me crying my eyes out in my sleep!!! So pretty weird! Usually i laugh in my sleep though, that is something i do on a very regular basis apparantly, several times a week at least and i can never remember what i was dreaming!
