  1. I beleive that Felonies are what will keep you from certain jobs.    Since it's a misdemeanor, and it was such a small amount, if you seem truly sorry that it happened, it will probably be ok after you explain it.

btw,   your question should say  "Have you ever done something stupid, ...."

  2. everyone has!! but yours you don't need to worry about!!!!

  3. it will go away in time.  meantime do some online research about the implications of misdemeanors.  they're not felonies so shouldn't come up in background checks.  don't let this keep you from getting on with a productive life and above all, learn from this.  crime of any kind doesn't pay.  best of luck.

  4. lets say my friend was with his friends and they would take out mailboxes and carrying a couple of houses down, and 1 got totally destroyed. now the cops know about it, my friends families and the families with the mailboxes, and now he has to write letters and cut their lawn, but he still doesn't know how to tell his dad can u help, and this story relates to yours too.

  5. It may hurt you but, I'm sure someone will hire you, Theres lots worse that are hired.......

Keep your head up! =) Good Luck
