Have you ever done Automatic Writing?

Notice there is a person (spirit) behind her. "You are not alone"..when you do this.Would you want a person/spirit you don't know in your HOME??? How many people walking down Main Street would you let into your home? That's what you're doing when you do this. I KNOW!!

I tried automatic writing back in my days as a true believer.  I believe, as with those who "speak in tongues" a person can convince himself he's being channeled even if he really isn't.  Because there is no method of verification it's anyone's guess.

I tried it, but with little success. It came off pretty jumbled.

It can get addictive. I was doing it for a couple of years but I quit because it was taking up all of my time and I was not getting anything else done.

Here is a sample.

The tiny collisions you had with the other drops on the way down, at the time seemed so significant.  Often you feared that if you mingled with them too long you might get to close and in the process even lose your identity.  All this because you understood your true identity not!  You are ocean, you always were ocean, you always will be ocean.  How you currently perceive yourself raindrop, snow flake, puddle, stream, River, or lake matters not.  This is all illusion, only perception.  You are ocean, you are spirit.  You and I are one; we are the All That Is!

I can do Automatic Reading, but I haven't achieved a lot of success with Automatic Writing.

I put that right up there with psychics.  There are a few real people who can do this but most of them are fakes doing a few parlor tricks.  It's only as credible as the person is.

Always.....I've noticed that people misunderstand it a lot, thinking that another 'spirit' is making them write. The truth is, it is your 'Higher' self doing it. Your 'Higher' self (subconsciousness) will receive messages from your 'guides' and convey them to your consciousness; thus being able to write in different scripts/ languages, etc. As humans, we have lived many 'lives' and automatic writing is the easiest way for the 'Higher' self to convey these messages to your consciousness..........

Edit: I know what you mean about the 'uncontrollable' handwriting that goes on....I wrote so many unreal/ crazy stuff.....At one time I started writing very evil things, in very old English; and when I asked 'who' it was, the reply was 'Lucifer'...I got a bit scared (and I felt it being happy from my fear) so I started laughing out-loud instead and told it to go away..It wrote (through me of-course) 'Ha, ha' and disappeared. I understand that this was an 'aspect' of my personality - we all have a good and bad sides to us...'Lucifer' did write through me because we all dip into the lower energies from time to time, because.....we are all connected......

Yeah, usually when doing automatic writing you would write with your less dominant hand. I find it interesting. But I don't put all my eggs in one basket when dealing with alternative spiritual things a combination of things is best. Along with what resinates with you personally, not what others say or think should be.
