Like be a foreign exchange student?

I'm going to be one next year. How I went about it was getting all the information off websites that I could. Then I made an appointment with my guidance counselor at school to see if I would be able to do it... etc.

I really recommend that you go for a year if you do it at all. Many people opt for the summer or semester. But you don't get enough time to learn the language and everything. People who do summer's and semesters often wish they did the year.

Rotary is a good program. If you want to find a website for it you need to search something like this: "Los Angeles California Rotary" but replacing it with where you live. Then email someone on there and tell them your interested in the Youth Exchange.

umm usually the language classes do taht when youget into high school, unless youre already there.

thsi past eyar the french teacher told her students that they would have another french exchange student. 2 people from france were coming to california for the first 3 weeks of july. my friend housed one of them.

you dont just ask to be an exchange student, you have to wait until they say that one from where ever is coming here or someone from here will get teh cahnce to go there.
