Question:

Have you ever downloaded an Adobe 30-day trial software?

I am just wondering, because I am using a Fireworks 30-day trial right now. Im planning to buy it and have someone send it to me (I cant do the buy & download option), but that could take a week or two.

The reason Im asking is, if I use the trial software to make my website right now, will those parts of my website be deleted or experience trouble and cause me headache once the 30-day period is over? If so, I should wait to make the final website until I have my own software. If not, I can start making the website today even though I wont have my own software until later.

Thanks, if you have any experience with this. I would hate to have to re-do work later.

  1. If you create web pages and "sites" within dreamweaver, and then buy it later, you will NOT experience problems. All your files are stored on your local computer, so when you finally enter a license key after 30 days, you will just simply launch Dreamweaver and your files will be intact, just the way they were with the 30-day trial.

By the way, don't bother trying to uninstall and re-install. Adobe places entries all throughout your computer's registry, and you will not be able to hand-pick them out. So when you install a 2nd time, the 30-day trial, Adobe will detect the previous installation and prompt you to buy.
