  2. i havent, but my dad had to eat it a lot as a kid.  his mom and dad grew up really poor (depression era), so were stingy all their lives about food.  theyd make my dad and his bros and sisters eat it all the time.  my dad said it was chewy and not good.

  5. oh yeah i have squirrel every day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the best is if it was hit by a car, road kill has a certain flavor I've noticed especially with raccoon( a favorite of mine) but if you have no time to run one over you can always eat a worm they have the same fishy chicken taste.

  6. Nope I haven't tried it, but one question.....Why would you want to eat  poor defenseless squirrel that should be eating acorns??? It seems weird and mean....no offense.

  10. Yes I have eaten it. If cook correctly it can be very good. Along the same tastes of rabbit.

  11. Sure - squirrel when cook right is good.  Also depends on what they have been feeding on, that will affect the taste.  

    Baked, fried and in stew.   Glad you are going to try it, keep an open mind.
