Have you ever experienced excruciating articulor pain from surfing......?

I would like some feedback 'cause I don't know how to survive it!

I spent too much time on a surfboard in often rough surf, where I needed to paddle for my life, thus doing immense damage to my spine.....

Experienced this??

The only pain I have experienced from paddling is muscle pain.  Now pain from getting beat own by a wave is a different story.  If you are experiencing acute pain you should go see you're doc.

No offense but asking for medical advice on a website where you have no idea of the education of the responders is kinda sketchy.
