doubt yourself?

What are your stories.

Yesterday, I saw something that most people don't believe in.

But, I'd rather not say anything because then everyone will think that I'm delusional and crazy.

If you want to know send me a message or something!

  1. Yes, this recently happened to me after driving on a short country road with some small turns in it.  I came to a stop sign in my little Chevy Cavalier and glanced up towards the sky in front of me.  Just as I looked out a gray object appeared to be gracefully moving just high enough over the trees.  I sat in amazment thinking mayve it was just a blimp, while looking at it.  But it wasn't a blimp.  It made virtually no sounds what so ever, and definately had not props like a helicopter.  I thought maybe it was one of those military drones, but from what I saw it didn't have any long wings like that of a glider.  It's wings if any were stubby short wings maybe for stabalization.  I kept on thinking of tv shows like UFO files, and tried to rationalize what I had just seen...A thin gray colored disk, with short wings, no sound, and quick speeds.  That day comes back to me, and I still can't quite believe what I saw.  Call me crazy, call me as you'd like but when you see something flying int the air that isn't or doesn't appear to be man made you do become quite skepitcal, now don't you?  I hope this UFO storie is enough to make you feel as if you know what you've seen wasn't just your imagination, but as bizarre as ever.

  2. once outside my bedroom window, i saw a guy standing in my backyard, not moving, just standing there, and as i saw him there was some kind of smoke coming from him, i know what you're thinking that some one was smoking but when i went out there in the morning, there was a distnct smell of cheese.

  3. I can't say that I've ever experienced anything that I would call paranormal.

And so when you guys tell your stories I automatically start thinking that there's probably a simpler explanation.

BUT I imagine that as you say, Mr. P, as soon as it happens to me I'll be on the other side of this discussion.

I am an atheist, but stories like the ones told by people in the responses above make me feel more agnostic. I know that there are things that science cannot yet explain. And that there may be other dimensions of reality which are impossible to observe. It is possible that things have an existence in another dimension (a soul) and that there are connections between people and things that we cannot see.

  4. course i believe you. people see ufo's all the time. how cool.

  5. Ale..Talk about "crazy"!! lol One time I lived in a house that I found out later a psychic had lived in . Before I found this out..one night my son was raised us off his bed several inches..about the length of my hand. I had to push him back down..and I had to push hard..like against another force. I think a spirit must have raised him up and held him up. I can't think of any other explanation for it.  I don't ever doubt it..because I KNOW it happened.

Hope you'll tell us your story. No one with any sense who knows that paranormal things happen  will think you're crazy.!

EDIT..Ale..Nothing "crazy" about that!! lol It might have been a UFO. Did you ask your neighbors if they saw/heard it? Anyone else beside you see/hear it? You  can call your local airport and ask them. Do you have a Air Force Base etc close to you? I think there's a way you can ask MUFON..but I've never tried to email them . Look in your newspaper (if it just happened) to see if there are any reports of anything like this in it. I'll see if I can find a link to MUFON for you. We have lots of reports of UFOs on here. Don't ever think we'll think you're "crazy". Besides..we love things that OTHER people think are "crazy". lol

This should help you. Also..just Google MUFON for more info.

  6. A lot of good answers on here today - we must all be nuts - or (as I think is the case) Everyone else hasn't experienced anything yet, as once you do - there is no turning back.

Yes , even ghost hunters say to each other "did you see that?" Even when you do whitness things you don't believe it.

I was in a doctors surgery two days ago, and while in with the doctor, I felt a strong breeze in the corner of the room I was sitting in. The doors were closed, and no airvents - it wasn't even windy outside - and wind doesn't blow in corners of rooms! I knew what I felt - I think it was part of the old building rather than anything recent, but could be a good place for an Angel to do it's rounds. My partner is now recovering well.

    Edit-

The US is developing surveilance drones using hydrostatics. these may glow at night - or be seen as 2ft spheres of fire.

Did it look anything like this? -

  7. 100% true swear to god. I once saw an object rise up from the floor float over to the other side of the room and slowly fall  back to the floor when I went to examine the object it turned out to be wet ink! I never figured out how this happened but it did happen.

  8. I have had experiences like that for the last 5 years and am only just this year getting to trust myself. I've seen an angel. SEEN it, with my own two eyes, and they don't look like you'd think they do. I talk to them every single day.

And I've seen something absolutely nobody would believe me, especially considering that I've seen it only with my 3rd eye, yet I know it was real because I can hear him speak and have felt touch my hand. Let's just say I have a friend, a spirit friend. What he is, nobody would believe me.

    Don't doubt yourself. :)

  9. Yea and weirdly loads of times!!!

There are times when the wind blows on my face but actually there is seriously no breeze around, and my hair sweeps around my face as if its very windy, weird huh???

And yes i dont think i've hallucinated this i hear some voices in my ear!!!

Call me crazy or whatev, i wouldnt care less but i'm 100% sure that they are not my hallucins  :)

  10. Yes, that has happened.

Here we go, I am going to sound like a freak.

Well ok it isn't that weird, but anyway...it means I'm going crazy. I was watching CBC news a few months ago, and the were showing a MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) vid in the background. They showed the very beginning of 1 vid and, I thought I heard the very beginning of Linkin Park's song "Somewhere I Belong" and I yelled out, holy c**p, that's "Somewhere I Belong" and my parents just stared at me. They don't really know the song, so yeah. But I swear I heard it. Then I slowly began to doubt myself, since I think I hear that song and it's not actually playing (see, I'm going crazy). But I swear I heard it! But at the same time, I know this is a constant problem - hearing that song when it isn't playing.

I'm sure this has happened in a more serious way other times, but I have to get to it.
