  1. its not selfish or cowardly to be close to suicide....

i felt suicidal when i lost my Aunt in a car crash then my Nan to cancer in the same week...i was 9!! =/

i always feel that people who feel suicidal need support and help not mocking or name calling from prats on yahoo!!

don't take your life because it wont solve your problems just leave them for someone else...ask someone you trust for support and please don't keep it in!

  2. No.  To kill yourself and submit your friends and family to the whole "Why didn't she come to us / ask for help" torment and blame is just awful.

  3. Yes, I've felt SO close I've attempted it, luckily, I'm still here and I found there is light at the end of the tunnel (and it isn't a train coming to run me over again!)

  4. Constantly, i have debts a mortgage etc etc every day i wonder what its all about sick of it you might say, every day though something happens to make me laugh, cry, or smile so i guess that's just life everyone feels the same even the ones that never show it i have kids dogs i guess everything that people aspire to ive just got to stop trying to please everyone and give me some me time harder than it seems, all in all these feelings are normal and i have always felt them, i will celebrate my 40th this year and will enjoy my 41st god willing each day as it comes

  5. why do you ask?  are you ok?

  6. Yeah but for good reason. People who commit suicide can be judged as selfish or just have no courage to ask for help. Yeah its selfish because they will be leaving loved ones behind who want to offer help but they either cant realise that or have some sort of mental illness. Sometimes you cant just call someone selfish for doing this though, if they have been through a traumatic time, and cannot seem to get through it no matter how much help they receive, then you cant really say they didnt try.

Commiting suicide is not the answer though, and if anyone thinks about doing it then just stop and think clearly about, if you do, theres no coming back.

  7. yeah, sometimes. But it's a sin so I won't do it.

  8. once but i wouldn't actually kill myself

  9. no. people that commit suicide are selfish and cowards.

  10. I think almost everyone thinks about suicide at one point in their life. It's one thing to think about it and another to actually do it. We must see that there are always reasons to live for.

  11. Well once I thought about it in a really non serious way to get back at my dad for something, you know in a "that will show him" way, but then I realised I wouldn't be there witness the reaction. I was about 10 and was gonna do it by taking a bottle of Calpol, which proably would have just made me sick. Oh that makes me sound really awful but I was just worked up then. I wasn't ever really properly thinking about it though.

  12. Once !!.  I have gone through some very bad times, myself but have found the strength to work at it and come out the other side. I have learnt to turn the negatives into positives. I know people who have had so much bad luck and everything goes wrong for them they have considered that suicide is the only answer but i have taken the time to be there for them to talk and listen and they are still here.

  13. When I was 12, but I wrote poetry instead.

    It helps. Lol.

  14. feeling like suicide is what alot of people think of when in a stressful situation.  Alot of people think of it but dont say they do. It takes a strong person to admit they have thought of it.

If u are in a bad situation and think u can not get out of it think of a timewhen you were in a worst situation and got out of it so if in a bad situation just remember u have beat problems that are worst than the one u are in

  15. Yes I have! "Selfish and Cowards" is a bit strong but i do agree that people get too bogged down in their own problems rather than lokoing at the bigger picture.

Dont do anything stupid just calm down, relax, think things throuh rationally rather than running yuorself into the ground constantly think about the negatives.

Theres no shame in asking for help! - Look at the bigger picture is it really worth it? oOr is any attempt a cry for help. If it is the latter there are other ways to go about it. Just be honest with yourself

  16. i have honestly just to get attention when i was a teenager. i would never do it then or now, i just threatened my parents for a little attention and they threw me in the crazy hospital. which friggin sucked. dont do it! suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. but just know, the world keeps turning and the sun keeps shining! so you might as well shine with it. corny i know, but true.

  17. Yes i have babe then i turned Dido's song off.

  18. Yes, but I realized that would be it, the end of the road, you cant come back if you change your mind, try talking to someone who is terminally ill, and you will appreciate your life and what you have, the glass IS half full.

  19. Ummm.. I've thought about it, one of my close family members passed away, and I was really really cut about it, and I thought if I died I might I dunno... be 'reunited' with him as they say, but then I realised it was pretty stupid, you've gotta live life happy,  its selfish, and doesnt solve anything really... I really hope your okay and not gonna do anything. Coz if you are donttttt.

  20. I've had the razor to my throat, I've taken the first step toward the tracks when the train was arriving, I've raised the glass of poison to my lips, I've put the noose around my neck. I don't know what stopped me; I suspect that most of it was curiosity about what else life might throw up.

  21. NO! I love life!

  22. Yes, many times over the last 18 months,  Have attempted 3 times in this period.
