Have you ever felt like....?

Have you ever felt like you didn't deserve what you have? Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve the amazing family and friends I have. Sometimes I just feel like a waste of space. I know it sounds horrible. I love to live, I never want to kill myself, but I just feel so sad and lonely right now, and I'm not sure why.

  1. I know what you mean, like you feel like you have nothing to do with all that's right in your life, and it makes you feel kind of useless and powerless sometimes. All I can suggest is to find something respectable to do, so later you can look back and realize you did something that really made a difference, either for yourself or for others. Things like getting in shape, helping the community, etc.

    How can you enjoy the highs in life without knowing how it feels to be down?

    The sad feeling WILL pass and you can bathe in the sunshine again (((hugs)))

  3. Try doing some volunteer work, maybe that will give you a reality check and enable you to appreciate your life.

  4. cause you haven't FOUND what you really want.. that's why you feel the void in you life. Maybe, you need to find the things that you deserve in life that makes you happy. I felt the same... before... I felt that I never deserve to have someone to love me.But I found LOVE in me to love someone else. My father left me a young age, so I felt that EVERY man was going to leave.. So I did feel that I deserve anyone, If I make since. I want to talk to someone that I can trust and talk to, please do that. It's not bad that you feel this way. But to really talk out what's going on, and why you feel this way, will help you. I'm happy, and no feel that I deserve someone!!

  5. You are just suffering from a lack of confidence. Luckily you realize that you have amazing friends and family. They obviously care a lot about you. First of all, acknowledge this. Without putting yourself down, tell them how much you appreciate their support and that you're glad they are in your life. Then step up . . . and be supportive and loving to them in return. You don't have to have all the answers. Just be there, be present with them and for them. Everyone appreciates someone else who just let's them be themselves, even with all our flaws. You'll feel better about things soon.

    but i really do know how you feel.

    one minute im completely confident in myself, and who i am.

    and then i dont know if i should accept it or not.

    like, i dont deserve it.

    and then i feel like its too good to be true, and then im not confident at all. and these ups and downs happen continuously.

    i cant tell you what to do, because i have your problem as well, but i would just say, to keep hoping and keep your head high.
