REGARDLESS OF HOW BEAUTIFUL OR UNPRETTY YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF, REGARDLESS OF HOW SUCCESSFUL OR UNSUCCESSFUL YOU ARE… HAVE YOU EVER SOLD YOURSELF SHORT WHEN IT CAME TO SOMEONE YOU HAD A ROMANTIC INTEREST IN? IF SO, WHY?

  1. No.

  2. Yes, unfortunately.  Either they're a better housekeeper than me, or have seemingly highter standards (I'm attracted to snobs), or they have better breeding than I.

I've sold myself short so many times, and I regret it.  Today I see me and so many others as just the same - bleeding red blood, and putting on our britches one leg at a time.

It's all an inside job I suppose.  Also, I believe that we sometimes sabatoge a relationship by choosing someone who will make us feel less than, or like victims, because of our own lowsense of self esteem and worth.

Life is short, we may as well go ahead and think the best of ourselves.  I'm so tired of giving others power over me and how I perceive my worth and value!

  3. Yep loads of times

  4. Oh yes, everytime in fact. Always ends up to be true :'(

I don't know why. I have a nice personality but my appearance is probably the opposite. And you know, nice guys finish last.

But I can't say it bothers me too much now I've just swept all of that aside for now so I can move on with my own life.

  5. No, because I know if there is anything I lack, I can certainly attain it eventually..
