also what is the funniest/strangest thing your pet has ever done?

  1. No, we don't follow our cat around because neither of us can easily fit under the bed.

What's the funniest/strangest thing our pet has ever done? Well, sometimes she barfs in really strange places. Other times, she does litterbox sculpture art which we have to clean up. Inukshuks (sp?) made from turds is about as interesting as it gets. Other times, still, she will hop into the duffel bag we use whenever we pack to go on a holiday. Before we zip the bag shut, we have to make sure she isn't in there.

  2. Whenever the dog gets away (not often) I have no choice but to follow him. Takes about 45 minutes for the novelty of being off leash to wear thin.

First thing he does is get a large enough lead so that he can p**p on the greenest lawn that he can find. Then he starts seeking out other neighbours dogs to sniff at. This requires that he go into their back yards because we all keep our dogs in fenced yards. All the while he is trotting with his nose pressed firmly into the ground. He very rarely lifts his head unless he gets a real good airborne scent. Eventually he stops and waits for me to catch up. Then we go home for a drink.

  3. Well my cat has come out of the litter box with litter stuck to her nose. And my dog runs around in a circle. and 1 time she ran into the fridge.

  4. I have 2 cats that are 10plus years of age, so they don't really do too much. My youngest is 4yrs old, well she's pretty much a lazy butt too. I have lazy cats lol ... My youngest one does like to watch my iguana in her big house when she comes to the bottom/floor of her house.

The funniest/strangest thing ... well my male does something strange just cuz my females don't do it ... my male has a dog toy, it's a duck ... he carries it around the house, sits on it then starts to meow, or he brings it too me after he done is meow fest on top of it

  5. I don't have to.  My puppy always follows me around!  He's the cutest!  My shitzu uses our shoes and feet as pillows..he likes having a cushion under his head when he lies down, and we have a stuffed animal for him that he always uses as a pillow.  He's like a person!  He always finds somewhere to balance his head, even if he's standing.  So adorable.  And look up shitzus..they lie down with all four legs spread out in front and back of them.  They look like white rugs!  ahhaha

  6. my cat..is fat so when he jumps on counters sometimes he doesnt get all the way up and falls back down

  7. I agree animals are quite funny. We have always owned at least 4 cats at a time, so i've encounted some weird behavior. I once had a cat that thought he was a dog, he would only eat & sleep with the dogs, he would fetch and loved playing tag back & forth on the stairs with my daughter, he also would make almost a barking cry when the dogs were outside. Another one we had was terrified of the outside if you had her in your arms & came within 3 ft. of the door she would just grab on to you like her life depended on it & scream. (you take 1 step back & she was normal)  & that same cat had a l*****g fetish with plastic bags, non stop l*****g. Then we got 2 kittens & they both turned out to be kleptos. 1 would steal jewelry but the other was extreme she made my younger daughter who was maybe 7 at the time think she was crazy because in the morning getting ready for school she would set a pair of socks out on the bed, then turn around to get underwear & her socks would be gone, so she'd grab another pair then her underwear was gone & not once did she see the cat do this until the 6th time. The cat is now 10 & will still steal any item lying loose including gloves. I currently have a cat who is 2 and will only drink out of a faucet not a bowl &  when we 1st got her she was 8 weeks old & our dog who was 4yrs. old who had never had puppies went all maternal for this kitten to the point she began to lactate out of 5 of her nipples. So i can relate with the strange behavior animals will do. Hope you enjoyed this.

  8. My sister found a stray kitten and brought it home to my mom's house. My mom has a lot of cats and some females who are nursing but the kitten refuse to nurse. One day my 21 year old nephew was lying on the sofa and the kitten jumped on top of him and began sucking his shirt especially around the armpit area (gross!), and my nephew is the ticklish kind so you'll see him red from laughing trying his best not to push the kitten away. The kitten would get his entire shirt wet with saliva. Now, 4 months later he would still jump on anyone lying down and start nursing on your shirt. We felt sorry for that poor orphan and let him have his way, maybe it misses it's mother.
