Actually i have no idea why I have a top contributor thing.  i think they made a mistake.  I am quite embarrased about the catagories too.  Considering I just go there to laugh and make fun of people.

No, I honestly give the points to who I think has given the best answer.  If they happen to have 10 million points already then fair enough.

Yes... when picking Best Answer for my polls and surveys, I usually pick at random, but for questions when I'm seeking information, I ignore everyone's levels, number of points, and Top Contributor status and pick the answer that has taught me the most.  It's the only fair thing to do.

I give best answer to either the most informative or one who REALLY makes me laugjh.

No i agree with you, there is always a similar answer. If someone is on 2% and another similar answerer is on 20% my 10 points go to the 2% person too
