Have you ever gone McD's for breakfast, only to get there when Breakfast switches to lunch?

i did that yesterday. i went to McDonald's. i got there just as the breakfast had just ended and lunch was being surved.

Sometimes the front counter cashiers don't know that there are some breakfast stuff left to make more mcmuffins, or sometimes it could be that they actually have sold all their bk stuff.

Getting there 10 mins earlier would be better...

Yep. We were little, and it was our Canada Day treat. 15 minutes late, and...you know the story. That can ruin a seven-year-old's morning, I tell ya.

yes many of times because on the weekend it is at 11:30 and on the week days it is 10:30 but that is where I live between states that is the time.

Yes. I went drive thru 10 min before breakfast ends. I was the 7th car, by the time it was my turn to order, I was 2min late.

Just the opposite..I usually get there and have to wait for the menu to switch to lunch.  I'm not a big breakfast fan.

In australia McD'd breakfast ends at 10:30 but if we have alot of custmers in the store (not in drive thru) they will keep brekky going till most of those customers leave. We have to throw products out after a certain time so it is no point cooking more products when it gets close to transition time (10:30) so either we keep going till the customers go or we stop brekky when the products run out. Usually u can still get some brekky products up to 10:35am. Transition is a real stressful time for maccas staff cause we have to deal with customers who get cranky bout not being able to get brekky any more and then customers who complain bout having to wait for the lunch products to cook.

That so happened to me! I was on a road trip with some of my girl friend's, and we just left the hotel and we went to mcdonald's to get some breakfast. And when we go there it was lunch, we were sooo bummed! lol. : /

if you have a sonic where you live they serve breakfast all day,you can get a hamburger and fries at 9'o'clock in the morning,or you could go to cracker barrel or ihop they have breakfast all day.i have been to mcdonalds when they changed from breakfast to lunch,they just flip the menu over,i always wondered how they did that.

Yeah, only like a million times!  It always happens to me.  I go there all excited for a nice sausage and egg mcmuffin (which I never get, coz I'm always late) and see that I'm like a few minutes late and instead have to get a cheeseburger  ;(

Thats not right they should sell breakfast at least for 5 to 10 minutes after "switch over"

I worked at McDonald's when I was younger and had to explain to people why they couldn't still get breakfast a few minutes after cutover...
