Have you ever got a bad fortune in a fortune cookie?

Oh my god.

Today I went to a Chinese restaurant and I opened my fortune cookie. The fortune was "Something will happen to you when you are alone in the dark." I am so scared, so I went up to the lady and asked her how come I got this fortune. She said she doesn't care because she doesn't write them. (Some waitress, huh?)

So anyways, has this ever happened to you?

it is all a state of mind in your head so to speak if it scares you that much try using a nightlight i know it seems childish but it keeps you out of the complete dark . lol sweet drerams

The best and meanest fortune I've ever had was at Chino Latino in Minneapolis, it said "Get a new haircut and apologize for your current one"......  I did exactly what the fortune told me!

Yes it has as a matter of fact. I got a fortune out of a chinese cookie one time that said "A dozen monkeys will throw their dung on you in the near future" and I'll be darned it happened! I work for a traveling circus as a carney technician and one of my chores is to shovel all the monkey dung out of their cages. The biggest monkey throws his dung at me all the time when I enter his cage. I'm now waiting for the other 11 monkeys to do the same. Hope this answer helped you out. Your buddy Bob...
