  1. One of the least painful piercings yet, it will mean you can only eat small things and yogurt and stuff for a few days, but if you have something you can just tear into small pieces you can eat out the corner of your mouth just fine. :-D It's DEFINITELY worth it

  2. yea, i had it but it got infected, didnt clean so i just removed it

  3. yea mine did,but i think that was only because my tongue was very dry from the piercer holding my tongue out for so long the clamp hurts worser

  4. thats disgusting.

  5. No, would like it done though...

    Its a really nice piercing...

i study body piercing as its what i want to do and it is know to be the least painful body piercing! shocking isn't it lol!

good luck, it heals fast too so you shouldn't be too bad, 2 weeks and your back to normal:-)

eating will be hard at first but nothing to bad.

  6. honestly the most piercing to hurt is the tongue and yes it does hurt it the most painful piercing to ever have i know people that they do regret it getting done and honestly they would never get it done again and some of them even took them out cause it gets so old and they don't like them anymore so honestly i would really think about cause sometimes it might not stop hurting cause everyone body is different and even after its heal it might hurt and it might reject the piercing it just depends. no body piercer numb your tongue by rights. all piercings can go wrong its just the risk that you are taking. my friend got her done pierced and that night she ended up in the hospital and it cost 1500 to remove the ring and he cost 60 to get it done.

The piercing can allow bacteria to enter the bloodstream. In a recent case in the USA, the bacteria from a tongue piercing damaged the valves of the heart.

The pierced site could become infected, but this seems to be fairly unusual in the tongue compared with other parts of the body (maybe because of its good blood supply). Resist the temptation to fiddle with the newly inserted stud.

Because different parts of the tongue are sensitive to different tastes, some people find that a piercing affects their sense of taste. It can also cause slight difficulty in speaking clearly. If you need an operation, you will be asked to remove the tongue jewelery, because it can cause difficulties with the anaesthetic.

in addition to periodontal diseases (serious bacterial infections that destroy the attachment fibers and supporting bone that hold your teeth in your mouth) tongue piercing may cause other complications such as t ongue swelling, difficulties with chewing, swallowing and speech, increase of saliva flow, localized tissue overgrowth and metal hypersensitivity

  7. It does not hurt, they numb your tongue, you can feel it go in but it deffintly does not hurt! Afterwards i ate ice cream and soup for a few days which I found great. I love my tongue piercing :D. The only thing I suggest is have your car close and don't do much walking. I am not a fainting kind of person but it took me a long time to get to the car because i had to sit down or I'd faint.

The icky feeling lasted half an hour and I couldn't eat solids for 2 days and stayed away from hard things like bread rolls for about a week. Theres little pain afterwards and i would do it again.

Go for it it's really not that bad xxXxx

  8. ew. i wouldnt do that to my precious tongue

  9. Well i actually had my tongue pierced four times yes that's right four times. I have a reason for each time but that's another question for another time. Honestly each person is very different. Each person has a different pain tolerance. The first time for me it didn't hurt it kinda felt like a sharp sting or pinch. Of course the pain became worse with each time. You really have to be careful when getting any piercing you AWAYS have to think of the consequences of doing it. I know you must hear this all the time but with personal experiences i have under my belt its true. You just have to be sure you want it and you HAVE  to take very good care of it!!! Yes it will become very swollen and yes you will talk kinda funny for the first week or so and yes it will hurt and be hard to eat. You are going to have to eat alot of ice cubes ice cream and pretty much be on a liquid diet but hey if you really want it then its worth it. Well Good Luck and Take Care!

  10. no, but i heard of storys wear you have to cut up your food for like a week and you might lose weight because you probably wont eat for a long time

    good luck!!!!

  11. My best friend had her tongue pierced and she said it really hurt but she still had it done. I think she took it out because it got infected and she talked weird for a while!!
