The Imperial Majestry Cruise Line Vacations, i got that in the mail its a free voucher for $1300, do you know anything about it, what you have to come out of pocket for and what the catches may be?

Stay away.  There will be significant fees, lots of hassle, and the ship's awful.

You'll pay less and get a better vacation if you just book a Carnival or RCI cruise.  Not sure if you've been on a cruise before, but you might want to read this Introduction to Cruises:
