  1. I have yes. Sometimes what helps me get over it is the thought that you have to be the change in the world to make a change in the world.

  2. Yes, I have learned how to play the "game" of social interaction.

  3. when that happens, maybe it's time to listen and think before speaking up. ^_^

  4. I know EXACTLY what you mean!  My other half is ADHD, so when he's unmedicated it's like talking to a brick wall.  Even worse, he gets so defensive over little things, thus making me feel like if I just don't say anyting it will all be better.

Then we usually end up bickering over them.  It's like a Catch 22, because he knows how irrational he is when he's unmedicated, but trying to tell him that in the heat of an argument while he's unmedicated just is NOT happening!!

That's when I finally just stop arguing and say "OK, when you feel like talking like 2 grown adults, then come get me."  That really pisses him off, but not acknowledging the behavior means I'm not encouraging it.  He's beginning to learn!  Haha

  5. I just take in these considerations; does the subject have anything to do with me; is it any of my business; is my input desired.

  6. I know what you mean, I usually just keep to myself but regret it later.
