Did you get it back?

What do you think about Cameron

I had mine stolen outside my house a year ago. Cameron is an ****, he can afford to buy a bike back. A year on and I still can not afford to buy one.

I hate that he had his given back just because he is a poltician

  1. I've had mine stolen before - From my locked shed!

They stole a lawn mower too...very industious these theives.

  2. Yes my Marin got stolen last week and i am not happy.

  3. Doesn't your house insurance cover the loss???

Second hand bikes are cheap and Tesco have brand new ladies bikes for £40.

You must be very poor if you can't afford one.

    Try giving up cigarettes.

Politicuan or not, every bike has a frame number! Like a registration number, so the frame can be identified.

The police would not give it to George Bush would they, as it wasn't his?

  4. Yes. Yes I did get my back.

  5. Maybe the Sun newspaper can send you one

  6. Yep a bike i was given to help me get to work a scrapper that i fixed up perfect like new.  Car thieves stole from the place i worked in it was worth little no doubt they sold it for a quick carryout.  Scumbags and i never got it back.  When car thieves in my area were getting kneecapped and beatings they deserved everything they got, a bullet through the back of the head is the best way to stop their thievery.

  7. My dad did as a kid and never got it back

  8. yep. bought my 7 yr old a brand new bike.  he left it outside and it was gone the next day.  he was scared to tell me for a week thought i'd get mad.  when he did tell me i bought him another that day.  his smile was well worth the theft, even though i'm furious about it

  9. no

  10. yeah i was 8 y.o and i  left my bike on the front deck on Christmas eve and somebody took my bike..i was so disappointed that somebody could do that on Christmas eve!!!!

  11. lol I didn't know people still stole bikes in this day and age.

Sure they didn't just do it for a publicity stunt?

  12. Yes, I have.

    Nope, never got it back.

  13. My first stolen bike occurred in about 1966, it was a Rudge Racer, built buy an uncle. I was devastated!

The second went in 1972, like you, from outside my house.

The third I lent to a so called friend & never saw it again.

My latest I have under lock & key at all times (except when I'm on it of course)

What do I think about Cameron?

    He's an AR$EHOLE!!!!

  14. Yes, I had mine stolen from work. Like most I never saw it again. I regret to say I didn't do my part because it wasn't locked or chained up.

What really put the boot in was on the Saturday I'd spent a small fortune on and fitted some Dura Ace pedals. It got stolen on Monday. Gutted!

  15. My wife's Claude Butler was stolen from outside her workplace in Feb.

Luckily a policeman spotted a youth, who he recognised as he had been arrested for something else earlier that week, riding it the next day. The bike was recovered, the thief was on bail so he went to prison for breaking his bail conditions by re-offending.

  16. I guess I have either been fortunate or lucky.  Never had a bicycle stolen.  Even when I was a youngster.

These days I do not leave the cycle unattended for very long.  I use a very heavy duty cable lock.

I do not have any comments about Cameron.  Don't know him.
