No, not that I can remember, but when I used to drive a forklift I was always going backwards and never hit anything, does that count,lol. That must have been quite a dream.

Driving in dream often symbolizes decision making.  However, driving in reverse may reflect the uncertainty in you.  In your case, not hitting anything may suggest that you are feeling free of obstacles.  In other words, even though you feel uncertain about things in life, you don't feel stress because you may have some sort of confidence about things you have decided.   In translation, you are not afraid of making wrong decision and you are willing to accept the final consequence.  The not hitting anything more or less hows your high confidence level
