yes , many times at work in brainstorming sessions.. not nearly as fun when we had to stop meeting at the bar though.

my daughter and I have a freaky mind connection; we finish each others sentances /thoughts..and when we play pictionary nobody lets us on the same team anymore ..since that time I got up and drew a dot and she got it right away (can't remember what is was , but nothing even remotely related to a dot)
