Have you ever had a "witch riding your back"?

A.K.A sleep paralysis?

i looked it up and they say only ten % of people get it and more common in black people.

me and my two cousin all get it! whats up with that? it scares me like really.

yes yes and yes. me and my dad get it occasionally, but we're white. sleep paralysis is when ur mind wakes up before ur body does. sometimes ur eyes still work, thats because they r the closest thing 2 ur brain. it should wear off in a couple of minutes or even seconds, if it doesn't though, u still have nothing 2 worry about. It is harmless.

Well, yes and yes.  I have experienced sleep paralasis and so has my husband, we are both white, and I am married to a witch and am a witch so yes on both acasions.  When my husband nags then that would be a witch riding my back too.
