  1. Yes.

I was walking to class in highschool. I frequently walked to class on "autopilot," as it were, since I walked the same path every day, and frequently daydreamed instead of paying attention to where my feet were going.

Suddenly I felt strangely detached, and couldn't control my body. It just kept walking blithely without me. Everything looked and felt so different, but I saw things without turning my head, because again, I couldn't control my body. The thing about it was how I Felt, just completely not attached to my body. I focused on my body, and felt drawn back into it, as though little energetic ropes attached to each part of me... hands, arms, legs, torso, head, etc, and forced me into the shape and position of my body.

Then I regained sensation and control of my body again. It was really interesting! I'd love to recreate that experience, but I haven't yet.

  2. A few times. Uselly in meditation but I am connected to paranormal activity. Being a medium & all

  3. i used to get these really weird out of body feelings like i was on the outside watching myself i happened while i was pregnant with my oldest daughter it was weird i would feel really nauseous after the feeling was gone after i had her i havent had one of those feeling since.

  4. yes absolutly and you can to  through breathing exercised and meditation you can accomplish this  on demand... it takes practice ..  the breathing is a chi drawing..  breath  look up breathing for meditation if it is done right you should feel a heady feeling in the third eye area of  your forehead..  fallowed by a detached body feeling slight tingling and with  this if done right will be  your first step to controlling OBE..

  5. yes, many of them. However, you have to realize I was not actually out of my body, I am simply prone to chronic sleep paralysis. Lots of people experience sleep paralysis once or twice in thier lives and never know whats going on.

The most common form is the figure standing over you as you are frozen on the bed, aliens, succubus, the Grey Hag, etc. The second most common form is the out of body experience. In this hallucination, you actually feel like you are leaving your body. You can turn around and see your body on the bed as clear as day. Its kind of creepy, but trust me, the mind comes up with a lot of very creepy things when deprived of sleep. Shadow people, demons..........you name it. The mind can manufacture very realistic hallucinations when you dont get enough sleep, or non-productive sleep as anyone with a sleeping disorder can tell you.

Look up Sleep Paralysis, Narcilepsy, Shadow People

  6. Omg, yes! It's really hard to describe but the first time it happened to me I was about 7 years old. I was sitting in my room, looking at myself in the mirror. Then suddenly, I don't know I had this strange feeling. It was like, I had come out of my body, and was watching all this from like an observers view. You know, like a movie. It was like this girl isn't "me" It's just this person I'm watching.

Sorry, I know it sounds confusing, but I just can't describe it clearly. I've had about 4 or 5 of them since that day. It's so freaky.

  7. only in my dreams its so cool!!!

  8. Yes. Twice.  the first and clearest one, i was 11, and sitting on the floor of the gymnasium waiting for the lunch room to open.  i was kinda nodding off, and i decided to stand up and walk around.  i crossed to the far end of the gym, where two girls i know were trading beads and talking.  I said hi, but they ignored me, and were gossiping about people, including myself!  Right in front of me!  Suddenly, a hand touched my shoulder, and i felt pulled backwards.  I turned around, and i was still sitting on the floor, a friend touching my shoulder to wake me up to come to lunch.  i was pulled about 75 feet in a second.  I thought maybe i imagined it, but later i talked to one of the two girls, and told her what i heard.  She blushed and demanded to know how i heard her, as they were whispering and no one was near them.

  9. Out of body means that you had a dream that was about what you were doing at that time, sleeping. In the dream you wake up and get up. It seems exactly like you are leaving your boddy.

  10. yes, i have astrally projected several times (once intentionally, though the other times were spontaneous)

also had a remote viewing experience that i was able to verify after a past life regression session

we are more than just these skin bags we live in!

  11. I did when I had a C-Section and the anesthesiologist gave me too much meds and I fell into a slight coma and I think I had an experience that was more like a near death experience.....felt like as if I was floating outside of my body.

  12. No, but I've had dreams where it seemed like it.

  13. i do.. It's called Astral Projection and I can do it at will almost every night while I am in that state of sleep and awake.

you watch your body fall asleep while your mind stays awake and you can slip out of your body...walk around your house or just explore.

I have spoken to a few dead relatives and many people who passed over while out of body.

and (this is the part that people dont really believe...but) you can also fly while out of your body...true.

you are much more than your physical body..

  14. I don't understand why this doesn't happen to me.Maybe because I have insomnia??? But eventually I DO  sleep. Maybe it's because I can't get into the really deep sleep. I remember when somebody broke in on me about 3 a.m. and I thought they were going to kill me (pre-insomnia) (Wonder why I have insomnia? lol) Anyway, it felt like I was watching myself..I kind of disconnected from myself..but not really like ya'll are talking about. I also remember when I was a kid & had my tonsils removed. I had this vivid dream about 3 Chinamen dressed in robes..blowing trumpets..just blowing one note. I hated it. But I guess I was in my body. Wonder if that meant anything.Well, I just can't remember any time like you described. Why not??? That's not fair!!

  15. Yes, when I was nine and under anesthetic for dental surgery.

I remember seeing the dust on top of the ceiling light fixture from a point next to it (so I was floating by the ceiling, and I was aware that I was), and being pulled very fast by my hand by a point of Light, traveling through what I understood as the Universe. I was very happy while doing this, happier than ever before or since. I remember meeting Light people who loved and welcomed me.

I don't remember anything else until waking up in the dentist's chair and being very sad to be here, and very sick to my stomach.

  16. When I have a really good o****m I have.

  17. i have many times over the years, its such an unbelievable experience, its very different to dreaming, or when you fly in your dreams...you leave your body behind, and just take off to where ever...i call them magical journeys when they happen... they are one of the most beautiful experiences one can have... the people who say they are just dreams, have no idea what they are talking about...until you have one, you will notice they are nothing like a dream....i travelled to a beautiful place last year, i came back and had to draw it...i was in awe with it...i know its some place on this earth, i just want to find it, in my waking life.....i usually dont have any control over it, when it happens or where i go, but im not complaining.....

  18. YES I HAVE!  I was lying there in bed, and I could slowly feel myself come back to myself....I couldn't move or scream, nothing.  I finally came back to my body with a quick jolt....pretty freakin weird. :)

  19. Yeah, but it happened while taking a nap, I had my head kinked on the armrest of the couch, and cut off my air supply.......I found myself somewhere in a fog, and I was searching around to determine where I was, and found the wall of a building that was like transparent pearl in color, with a majestic old looking wood door, I entered them and reached a stairwell, and was met by Someone in a robe who communicated by mind, and told me I was not to proceed any further at this time, and then I remember flying backwards, in what seemed like the speed of light, and I re-entered my body in a violent thud, and I jolted awake, but still could not breath.....I had to fight for every little bit of air, until my lungs would accept air.........this was not frightning, but an awakening in some respect, There's no question, that there is SOMETHING byond this physical world.

and no side effects by they way from not breathing....cant explain that, but my wife might have an oppinion.....lol

  20. yep and it was amazing it was like a natural high
